Dispatch
Orders are packed and posted within 2–3 working days. You'll get a confirmation email when it leaves us.
UK delivery

Outside the UK
We ship internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout. Any customs charges or import duties are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.
Returns
30 days from delivery. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and with tags still on.
- Email hello@jgid-club.com with your order number.
- Post the item back — return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
- Refund goes to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving it.
The 25% charity share is paid on every sale and isn't clawed back on returns.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Email us. Send the original back and we'll post the replacement as soon as it lands, stock permitting.
Faulty or wrong item
Email hello@jgid-club.com with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it — replacement or full refund including postage both ways. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Lost parcels
If tracking has stopped moving for more than 7 working days, get in touch and we'll chase it or send a replacement.
